BMW just recently added a HAAS UMC-1000SS 5-axis CNC machine.

It is equipped with a faster spindle, high-speed tool changer, and high-speed trunnion table to reduce cycle times and boost productivity.

5-axis CNC machines move along three linear axes and two rotational axes, allowing them to cut complex, free-form shapes from virtually any angle in a single setup, significantly reducing machining time, improving accuracy and enabling intricate designs not possible with traditional 3-axis machines. These machines are crucial in aerospace, mold making, and other industries for producing high-precision parts like impellers or medical implants.

We also integrate CIMCO software with this machine, offering powerful CNC editing and machine simulation to improve programming, reduce errors, and manage production data. Key benefits of CIMCO software include virtual 3D machine simulation, back-plotting, tool management, and efficient data transfer, all designed to optimize workflows for modern manufacturing.

CNC Milling Centers

Haas, DMG MORI, Mazak, and Kitamura CNC Milling Centers deliver precision with fast feeds, quick tool changes, and tight tolerances.

Swiss Machines, CNC Lathe Turning Centers & Mill Turn​s

Bar Capacity to 2 1/2 and 5 Swiss types to 1 1/4. We are able to provide production machining to .0002.

Precision Programing

We use Mastercam and CIMCO Edit for 3D renderings and ESPIRIT for DMG MORI mill & mill-turn setups, ensuring speed and accuracy.

Deburr & Tumble​

Hand deburr for burr-free parts and in-house tumbling capabilities for smooth finishes.

Conventional Machines For Tooling & Second Operation​

All tooling requirements can be made in-house to include fixtures, gages, and special tooling.

Quality Assurance​

Our Quality Assurance Inspectors work with Coordinate Measuring Machines, Surface Plates, and Gage Master Shadowgraph Comparators, as well as gages traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
