In-House Tooling. Precision at Every Stage.

Our in-house tooling and secondary machining capabilities provide the flexibility, precision, and efficiency needed to support complex manufacturing requirements—from custom fixtures and specialized tooling to finishing operations.

At BMW Precision Machining, our tooling and secondary operations department plays an essential role in supporting efficient, accurate, and repeatable manufacturing. With 40 conventional machines, we have the capability to produce custom fixtures, gages, and specialized tooling in-house, helping reduce setup times, minimize outside dependencies, and maintain greater control over production schedules.

Our experienced machinists work closely with CNC Programming, Production, and Quality Assurance to develop tooling solutions tailored to each project’s requirements. By integrating tooling and secondary machining into our manufacturing process, we improve workflow efficiency, support dimensional consistency, and help reduce overall lead times.

From prototype development to ongoing production, our in-house capabilities provide the flexibility to address complex setups, specialized machining requirements, and secondary operations while maintaining the quality standards our customers expect.
